Courses
Full refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 25% of the course has been completed.
Downloads
Music and digital publications are non-refundable once downloaded, except for faulty files.
Journeys
Deposits are refundable up to 60 days before departure, less a €150 administration fee. Between 60 and 30 days, 50% of the balance is refundable. Inside 30 days the booking may be transferred to another journey within twelve months. Journeys cancelled by us are refunded in full.
Private sessions
Reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before the session; inside 48 hours the session is charged in full.
